Sweet Potato Twists

Today's "In the Kitchen with Miley", we are sharing a recipe for Sweet Potato Twists!!




Sweet Potato Twists

 1 1/2 cups brown rice flour
1 tbl. flaxseed meal
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg
1 sweet potato, cooked and pureed

  1. Combine wet ingredients, add in dry to form dough.
  2. Spoon out with small scoop and roll into 3 inch rope.
  3. Twist 2 ropes together.
  4. Bake in 250 degree oven for 2 hours.
Makes approx. 4 dozen - 3" twists
